How do I submit an expense?

Log into FlyExpense and click 'Add Expense' from the dashboard or expenses page. Upload a receipt, enter the amount and details, then submit for approval. The system will automatically detect duplicates and flag any policy violations.

How long does it take for expenses to be approved?

Approval times depend on your organization's workflow settings. Most expenses are approved within 24-48 hours. You can check the status of your expenses on the Expenses page.

Can I edit an expense after submitting it?

You can edit expenses that are still pending approval. Once an expense is approved, you'll need to contact your administrator to make changes.

How do I request a corporate card?

Navigate to the Cards page and click 'Request New Card'. Fill in the required information including the purpose, spending limit, and any category restrictions, then submit. Your administrator will review and approve the request.

What integrations do you support?

FlyExpense integrates with major accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP), HR systems (BambooHR, Workday, Personio), identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace), and 39 payment providers including 11 Turkish PSPs and 7 Turkish banks.

How secure is my data?

FlyExpense uses bank-grade 256-bit AES encryption, is SOC 2 Type II certified, and offers SSO and TOTP-based 2FA with backup codes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and strictly isolated by organization with no cross-tenant access.
