Incident history

FlyExpense maintains a full incident history including the timeline of each event, root cause, and remediation steps. All incidents are classified by severity.

  • Critical: service unavailable or data integrity risk — immediate response within 15 minutes
  • Major: significant performance degradation or partial outage — response within 30 minutes
  • Minor: isolated or intermittent issues with limited user impact — response within 2 hours
  • Maintenance: scheduled downtime with advance notice posted at least 48 hours ahead
