These terms of service govern your use of the FlyExpense platform and all associated services. By creating an account or using FlyExpense, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FlyExpense, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using FlyExpense on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
- These terms apply to all users of the FlyExpense platform
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms
- If you do not agree to these terms, do not use FlyExpense
Platform services
FlyExpense provides a B2B finance and operations platform including corporate card management, expense tracking, bill payment, procurement workflows, and vendor intelligence.
- Corporate card issuance and management with policy controls
- Expense submission, approval, and reimbursement workflows
- Accounts payable and bill payment with multi-step approvals
- Procurement management including purchase orders and vendor management
- Treasury and cash management tools
- Payment facilitation through 39 integrated payment providers
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensure all users on your account comply with these terms
- You are responsible for all charges and transactions made by your team
Acceptable use
FlyExpense may only be used for lawful business purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited.
- Using FlyExpense to process transactions that violate applicable law
- Attempting to circumvent security controls or access other organizations' data
- Misrepresenting the nature of transactions for fraudulent purposes
- Sharing API keys or MCP tokens beyond their intended scope
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract proprietary platform code
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyExpense's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months prior to the claim.
- FlyExpense is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for actions taken by third-party payment providers
- Service interruptions, while minimized, are not grounds for liability unless resulting from gross negligence
